Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 2 pickles
- Green onion
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp dill weed
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- Bacon (optional)
Directions
- Boil your eggs
- Place them in a pot of water, bring them to a boil
- Once at a full boil, turn off the element and wait 10 minutes
- Douse eggs in cold water and let them cool
- Cook your optional bacon
- Peel your potatoes and chop them into 1 inch halves or quarters
- Put the potatoes in a large pot with a generous amount of water to submerge them
- Boil the potatoes until the soften. Not too much! They should only require 10-15 minutes of boiling.
- Peel your tear apart your eggs.
- Put all of the ingredients together in the large pot and mix thoroughly
- Refrigerate until cool. No one likes hot potato salad.
