Potato Salad

  1. Boil your eggs
    • Place them in a pot of water, bring them to a boil
    • Once at a full boil, turn off the element and wait 10 minutes
    • Douse eggs in cold water and let them cool
  2. Cook your optional bacon
  3. Peel your potatoes and chop them into 1 inch halves or quarters
  4. Put the potatoes in a large pot with a generous amount of water to submerge them
  5. Boil the potatoes until the soften. Not too much! They should only require 10-15 minutes of boiling.
  6. Peel your tear apart your eggs.
  7. Put all of the ingredients together in the large pot and mix thoroughly
  8. Refrigerate until cool. No one likes hot potato salad.
