Spaghetti Pasta Sauce

This is a really simple, adaptable recipe for making any kind of pasta sauce that you would like.

Some suggestions for what you can do with it add a pound of meat, whiskey, veggies, whatever. I personally enjoy adding bell peppers, carrot, zucchini and beef.

If you want to prepare bulk meals this recipe is great for freezing if you want to double it.

  1. Pre-cook your meat if you’ve got it
  2. Chop up your vegetables.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pot
  4. Cook onions and garlic for about a minute until onions are a little soft
  5. Add all other vegetables, cook for another 4 minutes or so
  6. Add all other ingredients, bring the pot to a boil, then let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
